About Me
I’m a board registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and I hold a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have spent time working as both a case manager and therapist in community outpatient care and intensive treatment programs. I am well supported by a strong network of friends, family, colleagues, and my clinical supervisor. I strive to be compassionate, kind, curious, and understanding both in and out of the therapy room.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is offering understanding and compassion to my clients. With that foundation, I help foster emotional awareness, regulation, healthy expression, and transformation. I am informed by my identity as a multiethnic parent, husband, son, and friend. I consider myself as my clients’ companion in continuous growth and healing.
My work is founded on principles of emotion-focused and psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, relational neuroscience, and mindfulness practice. Please feel free to email or call me to schedule a free consultation. I would be grateful to support you through this time in your life.
